62.30 Appeal of Registrar’s Order, Decision, Ruling,Allowance or DisallowanceA person affected by an order, decision, ruling, allowance or disallowance of the Registrar relating to a matter in the Court of Appeal may appeal by Notice of Motion to a judge of the Court of Appeal to set it aside or vary it. The Notice of Motion shall be served within 15 days after the date of the order, decision, ruling, allowance or disallowance and 2 days before the date fixed for hearing the appeal, or within such other period of time as may be allowed by a judge of the Court of Appeal.
